There is a certified, trained person available to answer questions and/or concerns.
- First: Prevent injuries from happening by keeping muscles toned, and keeping your strength up by stretching. Statistics show this to lower your risk of health problems.
- Second: Performance and how you can accomplish health and exercise goals, also known as physical activity (setting limits, achieving goals).
- Third: Maintenance. Helps one keep physical balance as we age; by making exercise, i.e. physical activity a daily routine, and being done in moderation, which results in feeling good. We are restoring and nourishing the body, mind, and spirit.
- Fourth: Enrichment. By taking care of, and improving our cardiovascular health, muscle growth and development we are reaping the benefits and adding to our quality of life. This will enable us to live life to its fullest.
- Fifth: Emotional well-being improves, as we feel better, look better, our self-worth, self-esteem and confidence is radiant to others around us. We look better physically and exude this in our weight, maintenance of muscle intonation, healthy skin, hair and eyes.
